Before any story gets produced at LoudLitty, someone has to find it. The Story Guild is a small, curated circle of people who do exactly that — and who are building something here before everyone else shows up.
This is how LoudLitty works internally: a tight group of three types of hunters feeding the pipeline with raw material — books worth adapting, conversations worth capturing, stories worth writing from scratch. Guild members get development credits on every production that comes from their pitch, and a founding seat in the circle that grows with LoudLitty.
You find stories in real life — voice memos, street interviews, meet cutes, verbal dialogue, raw audio moments. You don't adapt existing work. You capture what's already happening and pitch it as something worth producing.
You find stories in books, series, and written worlds — then script a short adaptation. A character portrait. A whole book trailer. You already read everything anyway. Now it goes somewhere.
You write original short stories, historical adaptations, or experimental fiction pitched directly to LoudLitty for production. Short-form. Audio-forward. You don't need a resume — you need a draft and a vision for how it sounds.
We're looking for people who are already doing this — you just haven't had somewhere to send it yet.
